Kamlesh NG

Kamlesh NG has a wealth of experience in the sales and customer service industries. Kamlesh began their career in 2005 as a Senior Software Engineer at Horus Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. In 2011, they moved to Spectra Technovision (India) Pvt. Ltd. as a Solution Architect. In 2014, they joined RapidOps, Inc. as an Implementation Manager and Scrum Master. In 2017, they joined Salesmate - Sales CRM, where they held the roles of Team Lead and Customer Success Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for proactively monitoring customer health and behavior, actively managing customer lifecycles, and understanding and documenting customer business flows.

Kamlesh NG attended St. Xavier's High School in Ahmedabad from an unknown start to end year. Kamlesh then attended Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2001 to 2004 and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology. Finally, they attended Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2007 to 2012 and obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Science.
