Andres Aavik

Andres Aavik is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various roles, primarily focused on business development, human resources management, and project management. As CEO at Flowit since May 2008, Andres has led initiatives in finance, sales, and IT due diligence. Concurrently, Andres serves as CEO and Co-Founder of Salesorder since August 2020 and held the role of Co-Founder/CEO at Aitoldyou from August 2018 to December 2024, where contributions included predicting shipments and automating sales processes for logistics companies. Prior experiences include HR consultancy and management roles at Manforte OÜ, along with co-founding Juhtimisaju, a management case study competition that evolved into a television show. Andres holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Tallinn University of Technology.
