Joel "Sparrow" Rodriguez is an experienced professional, having held a variety of positions since 2008. Joel began their career as a Snowboarding Pro with Vail Resorts in 2008, where they were a PSIA professionally certified instructor and coach. In 2012, Rodriguez became an Arbonne Independent Consultant. From 2013-2014, they were a Snowboard Coach with USSA, and in 2014, they founded and became the CEO, Visionary, Artist, Web Developer, and Marketing and Sales for Nalu Lolo. In 2015, Rodriguez was the Creator, CEO, and Chief of Slash Lights, as well as a Co-Founder and Investor for ElectroPaint Lighting and the Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Wolff Snowboards. Since 2017, they have been the Director of Marketing Operations for SalesHive.com, the Digital Marketing Manager for Pipestry, and the Founder and CEO of Bird's Eye Branding.
Joel "Sparrow" Rodriguez attended Kapiʻolani Community College from 2007 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Travel Tourism and Hospitality Management. Joel also attended Kapiʻolani Community College from 2007 to 2009 and received an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Travel Tourism and Hospitality Management. In April 2021, they obtained a Product Management - Certification of Completion with PM it! from Udemy: Online Courses.
