Mark Soh has had an extensive work history. In 2014, they served as a Commando Sergeant in the 1st Commando Battalion, Army as part of their National Service. In 2017, they became a Sales Supervisor at Circles.Life. In 2019, they co-founded Kingston Learning Hub. In 2020, they were a Corporate Business Development Manager at foodpanda. In 2021, they were a Product Specialist at SMRT Corporation Ltd and a Co-Founder at Paper Shoot Camera Singapore and Malaysia, where they achieved $300k revenue within 6 months of inception. Currently, they are an Operations Manager at Saleswhale, a 6sense company.

Mark Soh completed their GCE 'A' Levels at Pioneer Junior College from 2011 to 2013 in the Science Faculty. Mark then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of London between 2016 and 2019.
