Wilson Lim

Wilson Lim began their career in 2009 as an Artillery Officer, Lieutenant (NS) for the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). In 2010, they became a Teacher at City College Singapore. In 2015, they took on the role of Associate Producer at ysbryd games, where they assisted with the QA testing of three video games titles and helped to develop a QA Standard Operating Procedure. Wilson also increased the company's social media presence and facilitated their participation in three international conventions. In 2016, they became a Teacher at Raffles Institution, where they taught students with a variety of learning profiles and contextualized the learning of history for students. Wilson also coached student leaders in the organization and execution of various school events. In 2018, they took on the role of Operations Manager at Saleswhale, where they grew the AI Operations team to enable a full weekday coverage, improved the team's performance in terms of responsiveness (SLA), and collaborated with the Engineering team to design new features to improve Operator experience and streamline data collection.

Wilson Lim completed their secondary education at Raffles Institution from 2002 to 2005, and continued their studies there from 2006 to 2007, where they attained A Levels in History, Economics, Literature and Mathematics. Wilson then attended the National University of Singapore from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (with Honours) in History (Minor in Political Science). During their time at the National University of Singapore, Wilson Lim also participated in a Student Exchange Programme at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2012.
