Joanne Ivison

Joanne Ivison is an experienced professional in asset management and project delivery with a strong background in local government. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Asset Management at Salford City Council since January 2022, Joanne has previously held the position of Head of Service - Corporate Property Services at Bolton Council from October 2008 to January 2022, overseeing capital program delivery and asset transactions. Joanne's expertise also includes roles as a Chartered Project Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager on the Major Projects Team, along with a tenure as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Urban Vision Partnership Limited, where comprehensive QS services were provided for various projects. Earlier experience includes working as a Quantity Surveyor at Salford City Council. Joanne holds memberships with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Association of Project Management.
