Caroline Barrow is an experienced Sport and Leisure Manager at Salford Community Leisure since February 2008, responsible for overseeing sport and leisure services in the Ordsall, Langworthy, Claremont, and Weaste areas of Salford, while ensuring team performance and strategic partnerships, including the naming rights of the Helly Hansen Watersports Centre. Prior to this role, Caroline served as a Sports and Active Lifestyles Officer at Denbighshire County Council from 2001 to 2008. Caroline holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Manchester Metropolitan University (2016-2019) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science from the University of Wolverhampton (1997-2000).
