Currently serving as the Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Manager at Salford Group since May 2013, Jim develops and enhances the company's Quality Management System while managing non-conforming materials and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives. Previous roles include Manufacturing Project Manager at Salford Group, focusing on process mapping and problem-solving, and various management positions at The Timken Company, where Jim led lean transformations and supply chain teams. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology and a Certificate in Industrial Management from Fanshawe College.
