Carmit Oron is an experienced professional who has held various roles in organizations across different sectors.

Currently, Carmit serves as a Board Member at the Modern Agriculture Foundation since February 2021.

In 2021, Carmit became the CEO of SaliCrop, where they showcased their strong management skills and ability to navigate complex business landscapes and scale operations to capture global markets.

From 2018 to 2022, Carmit co-founded and served as a Co-Founder of WMN, a vibrant community platform that empowers female tech entrepreneurs.

Before that, Carmit held leadership positions such as VP Strategic Accounts at DavidShield and Health Division Manager at Davidoff Insurance Brokers Ltd., demonstrating their expertise in managing large-scale programs and overseeing the development and marketing of insurance products.

At AIG, Carmit served as a Business Development Manager from 2003 to 2005, focusing on developing insurance products, maintaining revenue targets, and establishing strategic partnerships.

Throughout their career, Carmit has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills, contributing to the growth and success of the organizations they have been a part of.

Carmit Oron completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Tel Aviv University, from the year 1995 to 1997. Carmit then pursued further education at Bar-Ilan University, from the year 2004 to 2007, concentrating on Communication.
