Justin Raiford has over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry. From 2019 to present, they have held the roles of Director of Customer Success, Director of Business Operations, and Hospitality Experience Manager at SALIDO. From 2015 to 2019, they were the General Manager at Sage Hill Inn & Spa, where they managed all hotel, spa and restaurant operations with a focus on attention to detail, organization, cleanliness and efficiency. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Director of Operations at Morsel Inc.
