SOPHAL NOU

Sophal Nou has worked in the field of production management since 1997. SOPHAL began their career at CTI (Connectivity Technologies Inc) as a Production Team Leader and Logistics specialist, where they were responsible for outside and inside sales support, processing orders and quotes, verifying material and inventory, and recommending stock material. In 2008, they moved to Accurate Connections.Inc, where they were a Production Manager and Product Development specialist. SOPHAL set up the manufacturing floor plan, ware house and work process, developed and implemented copper and fiber optics cable production, and evaluated, procured and setup state of the art production and test equipment. In 2012, they joined The Power Connection, Inc, as the General Manager of Fiber Optic and Copper Engineering. SOPHAL set up a new manufacturing company, established new manufacturing processes and production efficiencies, and purchased high quality and efficient equipment with work processes that resulted in less maintenance and upgrade in the long run. In 2014, they moved to Optical Cable Corporation as a Production Manager. SOPHAL was then hired by Nitro Fiber Manufacturing, LLC in 2015 as Executive VP of Fiber & Copper Cable Operations. In 2016, they joined Rosenberger North America as a Data Center Production Manager. Finally, they are currently employed by Salient Global Technologies as a Products Manager since 2019.

Sophal Nou completed a two-year Associate Degree in Engineering Technologies and Engineering-Related Fields from Fiber Optic Networking in 2006. Prior to that, they completed a Computer Networking degree from Brookhaven Community College in 2004, which included an internship with MCSE.
