Paul Knipp

Paul Knipp began their career in 2000 with Sony Electronics Professional Solutions Americas as a Product Support Specialist, providing Tier II / III telephone technical support to resellers, integrators and end users for Sony IP and CCTV Security products. Paul also determined root cause customer networking issues as they related to Sony products. In this role, they also organized the relaunch of Videoconferencing products into the US market and managed the product over its lifecycle from introduction to discontinuation, as well as oversaw the expansion of Sony's videoconferencing products from a single model into a full line of products. Additionally, Paul managed the Language Learning hardware and software products in the US, developing collateral material including features/benefits information, as well as supervising product from introduction to discontinuation. Paul also designed booth layout for multiple annual tradeshows which included creation of wiring diagrams and management of equipment list. In 2017, Paul joined Salient Systems as a Systems Engineer.

Paul Knipp holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Media from Rutgers University and is a graduate of Ramsey High School.
