Lakshmi Narasimhan has over 12 years of experience in various roles related to account management, recruitment, and talent acquisition.

Lakshmi Narasimhan completed their Higher Secondary education in Corporate Secretaryship at Ramaswamy Mudhaliar Higher Secondary School from 1979 to 1985. They then pursued a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics and HR at the University of Madras, completing their studies from 1986 to 1989.
