Andrea Allen

Andrea Allen, MBA, CPHIMS, currently serves as the Provider Services Account Delivery Manager at Gainwell Technologies since January 2025, where responsibilities include overseeing operational service delivery, managing teams, and driving innovation and performance improvement. Prior experience includes a role as Supervisor of Medicaid Managed Information Systems at the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care from July 2012 to February 2025, focusing on staff performance monitoring and project management. Additionally, Andrea worked as an Outreach Specialist and HealthIT Consultant, collaborating on the implementation of electronic health records across Arkansas. Earlier experience includes serving as a Medicaid Provider Representative at HP from April 2010 to June 2012. Andrea holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Monticello.
