Mattie Reveles has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Total Rewards at Salina Regional Health Center since April 2018. Previous roles at the same organization include Total Rewards & Leadership Specialist and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this, Mattie held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Sunflower Bank, N.A. from July 2016 to April 2018 and worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Central Kansas Mental Health Center from September 2015 to July 2016. Mattie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Central Christian College of Kansas and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Salina Area Technical College.
