Clement Miller

Clement Miller is the current Chief Operating Officer of Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System. Clement has previous experience as Chief Nursing Officer at Kaiser Permanente and Director of Surgery at Dameron Hospital Association. Clement has been focused on developing a culture of service throughout their career, evidenced by year over year improvements in patient outcomes. Clement is dedicated to improving the delivery of healthcare through collaborative relationships with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Clement Miller studied Executive Leadership at Harvard Business School Executive Education. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Science in Nursing at Drexel University with a focus in Leadership in Healthcare Systems Management. Clement began their educational journey at Pacific Union College where they received their BSN in Nursing as well as their Associate of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.

Their manager is Allen Radner, Chief Executive Officer, SVMC. Clement Miller works with Gary Ray - Chief Admin Officer, SVMC, John Tejeda - Chief Operating Officer, SVMC.
