Rosa Gonzalez

Rosa Gonzalez is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Transitional Care Coordinator at Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System since November 2022. Prior to this role, Rosa held various positions at Central Coast VNA & Hospice over a twelve-year span, including Director of Patient Care Services, Clinical Manager, Palliative Care, and Clinical Supervisor.
