Rita Deister

Rita Deister has over three decades of experience in public administration and education. Since May 1991, Rita has served as the County Administrator for Saline County, Kansas. Prior to this role, Rita worked as a Special Needs Coordinator at Salina Vo-Tech from May 1980 to May 1991. Educationally, Rita holds a Master's degree in Public Administration obtained from Kansas State University between 1988 and 1990, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Education from Kansas Wesleyan in Salina, Kansas, earned from 1987 to 1989.
