Captain Siva Raja Sekhar Padala (Retd) currently serves as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Executive Officer at CredoPay since January 2014 and as Chief Technology Officer at Salispay since November 2022. Previously, Siva Padala held the position of Associate Vice President and General Manager of the CVS Division at ISS SDB Security Services Pvt Ltd from April 2010 to December 2013, overseeing service delivery operations and managing P&L for a vertical with over INR 175 crore in annual revenue. Siva Padala has a background with the Indian Army from March 2004 to March 2009, where responsibilities included leading a specialized company in counter-terrorist operations and serving as an advisor on manpower and technical training. Academic qualifications include a PGPM in Operations from Great Lakes Institute of Management, a Six Sigma Green Belt from KPMG, and a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics from Berhampur University.
