Daniel Tierney

Daniel Tierney is a trustee at the SALK INSTITUTE FOR BIOLOGICAL STUDIES. Daniel was previously a TK & K teacher at Urban Montessori Charter School from November 2017 to June 2019. Prior to that, they were a regional sales representative at Ale Industries from August 2017 to November 2017. Daniel also worked as the operations and customer service manager at Castro Valley Cyclery from August 2016 to August 2017. Additionally, they have experience as a workshop facilitator, which they did at TEC21 Educational Services from August 2015 to May 2016. Daniel also worked as an experiential project coordinator at Lutheran Church MIssouri Synod from April 2015 to July 2016. Daniel began their career as a Jr. High Science Teacher at Prince of Peace Lutheran School in August 2010 and continued teaching at Bethany Lutheran School from August 2006 to June 2009.
