Hesham Ismail

Hesham Ismail serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Salla E-Commerce Platform since October 2023. Previously, from September 2019 to October 2023, Hesham held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer for the Makkah Healthcare Cluster, leading a significant transformation program aligned with the Kingdom Vision 2030 and overseeing HR capabilities across 10 hospitals and 82 primary healthcare centers with over 20,000 employees. Hesham's extensive HR experience includes leadership positions at Saudi Cable Company as VP of HR, where cultural transformation initiatives were implemented to enhance organizational performance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Umm Al-Qura University, an MBA from Alfaisal University, and advanced studies in Strategy from The George Washington University, along with Executive Education in Healthcare Leadership from The Wharton School.
