Kristina Horn

Kristina Horn is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and organizational development, currently serving as VP People and Talent at Xeneta since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kristina held the position of Global Director Organizational Development and Director of People and Culture Europe at CDP from October 2022 to September 2024. Kristina's earlier experience includes significant roles at Zalando SE, where responsibilities included Head of Talent, Culture and Organizational Development, and Head of HR Business Partner, spanning a decade from June 2012 to October 2022. Additionally, Kristina worked as HR Manager at rebuy recommerce and as Regional Programme Associate at UNOPS. Kristina holds a Doktorandenstudium in Organisation und Kultur from the University of St.Gallen, a Master of Science in Business, Language and Culture specializing in Intercultural Management and Leadership from Copenhagen Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics focused on International Business Economics from Maastricht University.
