Evan Hyer

Evan Hyer has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Evan began their career at Multivision, Inc. in 2013 as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Sallie Mae and held various roles including Software Engineer II, Senior Software Engineer, Scrum Master II, and Engineering Lead. Most recently, they served as the Senior Engineering Delivery Manager from 2022 to 2023 before being promoted to the position of Director of Engineering - Apply Experience, a role they currently hold.

Evan Hyer attended Radford University from 2009 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In addition, Evan Hyer has obtained multiple certifications, including Certified SAFe 4 Advanced Scrum Master, Certified SAFe 4 Practitioner, Certified SAFe 4 Scrum Master, Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3, and Web Applications Development with Microsoft Framework 4.0.
