Rick Bowman is an experienced software engineering leader with a substantial career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at Freedom Mortgage since September 2013, Rick has successfully built cross-functional relationships and re-aligned teams to enhance project quality and address strategic gaps in automation. Prior to Freedom Mortgage, Rick held multiple roles at Vertafore from September 2000 to May 2013, where significant contributions included revenue-generating application development, substantial customer satisfaction improvements, and leading a successful transition to Scrum methodology.
