Roland Massimino

Roland Massimino has a diverse work experience. Roland currently holds the position of Vice President, Loss Forecasting & Loss Mitigation Strategy at Sallie Mae since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at 2nd Order Solutions from February 2020 to April 2023 as Sr. Director of Analytics, where they led numerous Collections projects for various clients, developed new policies, conducted due diligences, and performed recession readiness diagnostics. From July 2018 to February 2020, they worked as a Business Director at Capital One, overseeing credit programs and valuations for Collections and Recoveries. Roland also held other roles at Capital One where they led big data efforts, owned forbearance offers programs, and managed teams and projects. Roland also has experience as a Summer Associate at Capital One in 2011, as a Senior Advisor/Salesperson at Vector Marketing Corporation from 2010 to 2011, as a Tutor at Hofstra University in 2009, and as a Basketball Coach at Joy of the Game Inc from 2006 to 2008.

Roland Massimino attended Hofstra University from 2007 to 2009. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from The Johns Hopkins University from 2009 to 2011.
