Dayane Tamashiro

Dayane Tamashiro has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to the present. Dayane started their career as a member of the Communication team at INCOP - Incubadora de Cooperativas Populares, where they were responsible for handling external and internal communication for various projects and events. In 2017, they held roles as an Intern in Public Relations at TV Unesp and as an Intern in Audiovisual Production at UNESP - Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (FAAC). Dayane also served as a member of the People Management team at Ao Vivo e em Cores, where they oversaw member control and well-being.

Tamashiro's experience in managing people continued at the Centro de Voluntariado Universitário - CVU, where they held the position of Director of People Management. Their responsibilities included membership control, monitoring, recruitment, and overall internal well-being of the project.

In 2019, Tamashiro joined 5ERA as a Content Assistant, contributing to content development. Currently, they work at Sallve as the Team Lead for Community Happiness, leading a team focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Throughout their career, Tamashiro has demonstrated skills in community building, communication, and people management.

Dayane Tamashiro completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations/Image Management from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. This educational journey took place between the years 2015 and 2019.
