Amy Dugan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and privacy management. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Privacy Officer at Sally Beauty, Amy is responsible for creating and managing the privacy program for the US and Canada, as well as handling a diverse array of commercial contracts. Previous roles include AVP, Associate Counsel at Xome, where management of the intellectual property portfolio was key, and Attorney at King & Fisher, focusing on contract negotiation for major technology clients. With a foundational background in compliance and contract analysis from Quicken Loans, Amy holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a BBA in Accounting from Baker College.
