Josh Franklin has over 23 years of experience in the information technology field, primarily with Sally Beauty. Prior roles at Sally Beauty include IT Manager for End User Computing and Supervisor of IT Client Services, where responsibilities involved managing technical support teams and ensuring effective operation of PC applications and operating systems. Earlier in Josh's career at Sally Beauty Holdings, Josh held positions as Network Support Specialist and Lead Operator in Computer Operations, contributing to server management and operational efficiency.
