Natalie Lockhart

Natalie Lockhart currently serves as Group Vice President of Strategy, Customer Insights, and Digital Experience at Sally Beauty since June 2023. Previously, Natalie held several key roles at Neiman Marcus Group, including Senior Vice President of Strategy & Growth Execution, where responsibilities included driving growth and transformation strategies. Additional positions at Neiman Marcus and JCPenney involved leading significant initiatives in omni-channel growth, cost savings, and business turnaround efforts. With earlier experience at First Choice Emergency Room in financial planning and analysis during its IPO, as well as progressive roles in financial planning at JCPenney, Natalie's career is backed by a solid educational foundation consisting of an MBA in Finance and Marketing from SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from Tulane University.
