Sangeet Uttam is an experienced analytics leader with a strong background in pricing, promotions, and merchandising analytics, currently serving as the Head of Pricing, Promotions, and Merchandising Analytics at Sally Beauty since July 2023. Previously, Sangeet held the position of Head of Commerce Analytics at Publishers Clearing House from 2020 to 2023, focusing on data-driven customer life cycle strategies. From 2015 to 2020, Sangeet was the Head of Retail Front-Store Personalization at CVS Health, managing diverse analytics teams and launching initiatives to enhance customer value. Sangeet also served as Senior Director of Strategic Analytics and Data Science for the ExtraCare loyalty program at CVS, where Sangeet led a significant team to drive program growth. Earlier experience includes roles at McKinsey & Company, Merkle, and Information Resources, Inc., where Sangeet developed expertise in marketing analytics and strategy for prominent organizations. Sangeet holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and various executive certifications, including in Digital Marketing Analytics from MIT Sloan.
