Brian Gardner has a diverse work experience in the field of firefighting and emergency medical services. Brian currently works for Fluor Corporation as a Fire Crew Chief, responsible for search and rescue, patient care management, and ensuring the safety of military installations. Prior to that, they held similar roles at Sallyport, PAE, and KBR Inc., where they gained extensive experience in firefighting, rescue operations, and emergency medical assistance. Gardner also served as a Firefighter and Driver Operator at Gulf Shores Fire Rescue and Pelham Fire Department earlier in their career.

Brian Gardner, OSHP, obtained a National Registry EMT-Paramedic degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, with a duration of study from 2002 to 2004.
