Morten Loktu

Morten Loktu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and board governance across various industries. Currently serving as a board member at SalMar Aker Ocean and SalMar, Morten also operates as a selvstendig næringsdrivende at Kvitugla AS. Previous board roles include Frøy ASA and Sparebank1 SMN. Morten's corporate experience includes pivotal positions at Equinor, where the roles encompassed Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Senior Vice President of LEAN and Operational Improvement. Prior leadership was demonstrated at Statoil, holding several senior vice president roles, as well as serving as CEO of SINTEF. Morten's academic background includes a Master's degree in Teknisk fysikk/Indøk from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
