Ragnhild Aukan

Ragnhild Aukan is an accomplished professional in fish health management and veterinary science with extensive experience in the aquaculture industry. Currently serving as Fagleder fiskehelse at SalMar since December 2020, Ragnhild has previously held teaching and consulting roles in aquaculture and fish health at Kristiansund videregående skole and Åkerblå AS. Ragnhild's veterinary expertise was further honed through practice as a veterinarian at Veterinær Ragnhild Aukan and in fish health management positions at Lerøy Midt and Skretting. Ragnhild has also gained valuable experience as a race veterinarian for the Finnmarksløpet, a prestigious sled dog race. Ragnhild holds a Cand.med.vet degree from the Norwegian School of Veterinary Science and has pursued additional studies at various Norwegian institutions, including the Norwegian School of Economics.
