Carla Ailes

Carla Ailes is an experienced consultant with a strong background in human resources and compensation management. Currently a Consultant at Salo LLC since October 2018, Carla has previously held significant roles at Target from 1989 to 2014, including Group Manager for Compensation, where responsibilities included overseeing compensation strategies for 350,000 team members globally. Carla's expertise encompasses operational simplification, legal compliance, talent attraction, and retention.
