Margaret Ross

Margaret Ross currently serves as the People and Culture Business Partner for Retail at Salomon since September 2025. Prior to this role, Margaret was the Human Resource Manager at Release Recovery from January 2022 to September 2025, where responsibilities included leading HR strategy, overseeing PEO renewal and HRIS integration, and redesigning recruiting and onboarding processes. Additionally, experiences include serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO, managing community engagement and fundraising at Release Recovery Foundation, and providing executive coaching through NYU's I/O Psychology program. Educationally, Margaret holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Health and Wellness from Stony Brook University.
