Mark Kartarik

Mark Kartarik has a diverse work experience in the haircare industry. Mark started their career at Regis Corporation in 1984, where they held the role of President Franchise Division / EVP for over 27 years until 2011. After that, they founded their own company, The Kartarik Group, where they served as CEO. In 2012, they worked as a Franchisee at Rooster's Men's Grooming Center. From 2014 to 2018, they were the President of Sport Clips Haircuts. In 2018, they joined Salon Ultimate as the Interim COO and also worked as a Consultant at SportClips earlier that year. Overall, Mark Kartarik has held various leadership positions in the haircare industry, showcasing their expertise and commitment to the field.

Mark Kartarik earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hamline University, which they attended from 1975 to 1978. Mark later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, completing their studies from 1981 to 1984. Prior to these educational experiences, in 1974 and 1975, Mark briefly attended the United States Air Force Academy.
