Tracy Gieser started their work experience at Regis Corporation in 1990 as a Merchandise Manager. Tracy held this role for 17 years until 2007. Tracy then joined Salon Innovations, where they initially served as a Merchandise Manager from October 2007 to July 2010. Following this, they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Merchandising in July 2010 and continues to hold this position.
Tracy Gieser earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Art History from Gustavus Adolphus College, which they attended from 1979 to 1983.
