Theresa Busic is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Salon Lofts. Previously, Theresa held several key positions at SmileDirectClub, including Senior Director and Director of Business Partner roles focused on People & Organization. Theresa's expertise also encompasses regional HR management, demonstrated during the tenure as Senior Regional Human Resources Manager for Groupe Dynamite, as well as leadership roles in human resources at Scoop NYC and BCBG Max Azria.
