Karen Mandel

Karen Mandel is an experienced hair specialist with a diverse background in various salon environments. Currently employed at Salon Republic since October 2020, Karen previously worked at Salon Tru Santa Monica from November 2013 to October 2020, where expertise included Goldwell hair color and extension techniques with brands such as Hair Dreams and Great Lengths. Prior to that, positions held include Master Hair Stylist at Pomp Salon (May 2005 - May 2010), Creative Director and Lead Hairstylist at Soshin Salon (May 1994 - May 2004), and Hair Stylist and Educational Director at Pacheco Hair Salon (May 1987 - May 1994). Throughout this career, Karen has developed specialties in hair cutting, keratin treatments, and has contributed to educational initiatives and fashion events internationally.
