Christian Hathaway, CFE, has extensive experience in franchise operations and business development. Currently serving as a Franchise Business Coach at Salons by JC since June 2022, Christian provides operational guidance to franchise owners and collaborates with the corporate team on various initiatives. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Hathaway Tactical Solutions since October 2017, Christian focuses on delivering training, security consulting services, and business development for first responder agencies. Previous roles include Business Development Executive at Northeast Color, Franchise Development at Franny's Farmacy, and Franchise Executive at Oakscale. Christian's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Germanna Community College and continuing education in Russian Language and Literature from Kingsborough Community College.
