Additionally, Brad held partnership roles at Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill from August 2015 to January 2024 and at Tom + Chee Evansville from April 2014 to March 2016, contributing to the growth of both dining establishments. Brad earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Indiana University Bloomington between 1983 and 1987.
