Merrick McKinnie is a seasoned restaurant executive with extensive experience in operations and consulting within the food service industry. Currently serving as COO at Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill since November 2020, Merrick also operates as a Restaurant Executive Consultant since July 2020. Previous roles include President at SD Holdings LLC from 2012 to July 2020, where Merrick was a franchise partner for multiple well-known brands, and a progressive career at Southern Deli Holdings from 1999 to 2012, culminating in the position of Vice President of Operations. Merrick is an alumnus of the University of Mississippi.
