Pedro Gustavo Torres has a diverse range of work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Pedro Gustavo is currently the Senior Director of Software Engineering and a member of the Global Leadership Team at Salsify, where they lead the Activation Product Line with a team of 40+ engineers across different regions. Prior to this, Pedro held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Talkdesk, where they managed multiple clusters and had over 80 direct and indirect reports. Pedro Gustavo also has experience as a Technical Advisor at OVOU, an Investor & Advisor at Rely.io, and held various roles at companies such as bit | SONAE, Blip.pt/Betfair, Farfetch, Sky, Optimus, and dri - open solutions for open minds. Pedro's expertise includes agile coaching, project management, and team leadership.

Pedro Gustavo Torres has a diverse education history. In 1997, they began their academic journey by pursuing an Academic Degree in Informatics and Management from Universidade Portucalense (UPT), which they completed in 2002. Pedro Gustavo then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Information Systems Management from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, which they attended from 2005 to 2008.
