Rose Pino

Rose Pino has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Rose is currently the Director of Global Talent Acquisition & Belonging at Salsify, where they lead a team responsible for recruitment, sourcing, candidate experience, DEI programs, and employer branding. Prior to this role, Rose held various positions at Salsify, including Director of Global Talent Acquisition, Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition, Manager of Global Technical Recruiting, and Lead Technical Talent Partner. Before joining Salsify, Rose worked as a Technical Recruiter at athenahealth, a Recruiter at OpenView Venture Partners, and a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page. Rose started their career as an Account Coordinator at Triad Advertising.

Rose Pino has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology & Gender and Women's Studies from Bowdoin College. Rose also holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® from the Scrum Alliance.
