Julia Holweg

Julia Holweg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agile transformation, innovation management, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Head of Agile Transformation at SALT AND PEPPER Consulting GmbH & Co. KG, Julia leads customized workshops and manages customer projects focused on agile methodologies and organizational development. Previously, Julia held positions at Lufthansa Technik as a Product Innovation Manager, Diehl Aviation for a master's thesis on agile innovation processes, and contributed to business development at Novarum Sky. Julia is a co-founder of NaturUhr, has completed various internships, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economy & Business and Cultural Geography, a Master of Science in Sustainable Management, and an MBA.
