Susanna-Frederika Ehring

Susanna-Frederika Ehring is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, change management, and leadership coaching. As the Founder of Susanna-Frederika Consulting since February 2020, Susanna-Frederika specializes in Agile consulting, Scrum integration, and strategic performance coaching. Prior to this, Susanna-Frederika founded ÂME DITATION, which focuses on enriching the soul, and served as Head of Partnermanagement at Société Générale, where responsibilities included Scrum and Agile coaching as well as strategic partner management. Currently pursuing education at IU International University of Applied Sciences, Susanna-Frederika has also attended the University of Hamburg for further studies.
