Catalin Mocanu

Catalin Mocanu is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in middleware platforms, application integration, and enterprise content management. Currently serving as a Middleware Platform Owner at Raiffeisen Bank Romania since October 2012, Catalin is responsible for implementing new middleware solutions and migrating existing integration flows. Previously, as Middleware Development Team Leader and Enterprise Solutions Development Team Leader at the same organization, Catalin coordinated multiple development teams and acted as a subject matter expert in ECM implementation. With prior experience as an IT Specialist at IBM Romania, Catalin led significant ECM projects and served as an instructor for official training courses. Earlier roles at ROMTELECOM SA and Total Technologies further built a solid foundation in software design, development, and team leadership. Catalin holds a master’s degree in Computer Networks and Telecommunications and a college degree in Computer Science from the University of Bucharest.
