Carol Onderka

Carol Onderka is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in private equity and venture capital, currently serving as the Vice President of Private Equity at Salt Creek Capital since April 2016, where a significant increase in CEO onboarding was achieved, resulting in a 100% revenue boost. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Total Impact Capital and FCI, where Carol contributed to capital raises and strategic growth initiatives. As President of the Board of Directors for The Folger Estate Stable Project, Carol oversaw operations and board development. Earlier career milestones at NASDAQ involved managing global sales and serving as a trusted advisor to C-level executives in the technology sector. Carol Onderka holds a BA in Psychology and Marketing from American University and a Post Baccalaureate in Pre Medical Studies from Bryn Mawr College.
