Joe Bigane

Joe joined Salt Creek Capital as an Executive Partner in 2022. Joe has led both startups and established divisions of multi-billion-dollar (PE backed) companies to profitability. Joe’s inner drive, competitive spirit and engaging interpersonal style has led to 20+ years of measurable results in FinTech, CPG, eCommerce and Manufacturing.

Prior to joining Salt Creek, Joe was the CEO and Managing Member of Arlington Brands. Arlington Brands owned Chicago Brick Oven and Downtown Pet Supply which ranked in the top 1% of Amazon’s third-party sellers. The company reported a 224% ROI in only four years, achieving 37% CAGR on invested capital. The firm’s success is a direct reflection of the effort and skill that Joe deployed in selecting and training high-performance teams that added millions in new sales through product development and expansion into new markets such as Groupon, Amazon, Chewy.com, Walmart, Shopify, Google, and Facebook. In addition to growing his own companies, Joe led a FinTech start up that was later acquired where he was responsible for a ~$120M P&L and tasked to develop and execute exponential revenue and EBITDA growth plans.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business at Loras College.
