Jordan Stankowski

Jordan Stankowski is an Operating Partner, who joined Salt Creek Capital in 2022. He currently supports the firm’s existing portfolio companies on their Strategy, Sales and GtM efforts, while also spending time on new deal origination and deal transaction support.

Prior to Salt Creek, Jordan was the Marketplace GM of a facilities software business where he grew his division's revenue by 10x over a four year span, and helped drive to a successful $1.2 Billion acquisition from a strategic buyer. In addition he has worked in Venture Capital as a Market Development Partner at Andreessen Horowitz where he supported portfolio founders in their sales GtM, deal negotiation, and accelerating their path to new revenue. He also spent time in Financial Planning & Analysis, and Sales Strategy roles at Apple, most notably supporting the launch and global expansion of the iPhone.

Jordan is a CFA® charterholder, he earned his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and received his BS in Business Administration with a double concentration in Accounting and Finance from Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo.
